The DegustaEolie Adventure Tour is a 7-night journey to discover the 7 Aeolian islands, dedicated to those who love good food, good wine, fantastic landscapes, volcanoes, and crystal-clear sea.
It is a tour for individuals, not just the classic boat trips, but we offer many options to make the trip to our 7 islands unforgettable. The tour can be customized based on the needs of our guests and without specific departure dates and days constraints.
It is an ideal trip both in low season when the temperature is cooler but also in full summer where relaxation on the beach is not the only option.
As mentioned, it is not a group tour, our staff will give you all the directions upon your arrival and then you are free to venture out to discover the islands on your own, but always available to help you throughout the journey.
Our proposal includes 5 nights in Lipari, the ideal base to also visit Vulcano, Salina, Alicudi, and Filicudi, then 2 nights staying in Stromboli with a visit also to the island of Panarea. The accommodations are excellent, clean, and functional, but without wasting resources, the whole day will be spent outdoors...the Aeolian Islands are waiting for you!
The price includes:
• Round trip transfers from the port of Lipari to the accommodation
• Standard accommodation in 3* B&B in Lipari and 3* Hotel in Stromboli with breakfast included; on request 4* hotel with supplement.

• Scooter or car rental for a whole day (alternatively a tour of the island with one-hour stops by taxi).
• Visit to a winery in Lipari, cellar tour and tasting at sunset.
• Guided excursion to Vulcano in kayak "Route of the caves" easy level, about 4h.
• Shared boat excursion from Lipari to Alicudi-Filicudi from about 9.30am to 6pm
• Complete tour of the island of Salina with private Eco Ape, stops at panoramic points. Prolonged stop at a wine cellar with tasting and visit to the cellar. Duration about 4h.
• Lipari-Stromboli line hydrofoil
• Group trekking-climbing of the Stromboli crater up to 400m with a volcanological guide.
• Shared boat excursion to Panarea. Duration from 10 to 17 approximately.

Arrival in Lipari, transfer from the port to the accommodation. In the evening, there will be a meeting with our staff, a welcome drink with local appetizers and a presentation of the tour itinerary. Dinner will be served at a restaurant with typical cuisine, and overnight stay in the accommodation.
Breakfast. Tour of Lipari with the rental of a scooter or car to go around independently to discover the many panoramic points and the most beautiful beaches of the island. In the late afternoon tour of Tenuta Castellaro, visit of the wine cellar and tasting at sunset. Dinner at the “U zu Peppino” farmhouse in Pianoconte.
Breakfast. Transfer by boat to Salina. Complete tour of the island with private Eco Ape, stops at the most interesting points: Capo Faro, Malfa, Valdichiesa Sanctuary, Rinella viewpoint, Pollara viewpoint, Lingua, Santa Marina. Prolonged stop at a wine cellar with tasting and visit to the cellar. Duration approximately 4h then free time available and return to Lipari. Dinner at a restaurant with typical cuisine and overnight.
Breakfast. Departure for Alicudi, the wildest of the islands, also known as the island of heather. Visit of the small fishing village and free time. Free lunch. In the early afternoon continuation to Filicudi, the island of ferns, skirting the Faraglioni la Canna, Montenassari and the Grotta del Bue Marino. Arrival in Filicudi and free time at leisure. Return dinner at a restaurant with typical cuisine and overnight.
Breakfast. Transfer by boat to Vulcano, guided excursion in kayak "Route of the caves" easy level at 8.30 to 12.30 (3 miles) coasteering & snorkeling. Free time independently to reach the beaches, the warm waters, the village or climb the Fossa crater (if accessible). Return by boat, free dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast. Transfer by boat to Stromboli and hotel accommodation. In the afternoon trekking-climbing* to the Stromboli crater up to 400m with a volcanological guide. Meeting with the staff for details and possible equipment rental. Duration 5 hours. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast. Boat excursion to the island of Panarea. Tour and swimming stops in the bay of Calajunco and the islets of Lisca Bianca, Dattilo and Basiluzzo. Stop on the island for lunch (not included). Duration of the tour from 10 to 17 approximately. Return to Stromboli and dinner at the Osservatorio restaurant (where it is possible to admire the volcanic eruptions). Overnight at Hotel.
